At Reihh, a pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it's ready for dispatch. While you can place your order immediately, it will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch date mentioned on the product page. We recommend reading the Product Description carefully for all Pre-Order items, as it includes important details about the expected shipping timeline and other relevant information.

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy Once an order has been confirmed and an Order Number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. We will process and fulfil your order as quickly as possible. If your order is still in the "Unfulfilled" status, you may request changes to the product or size. However, once the shipping label (AWB) has been generated, no further modifications can be made. To request an order modification, please email us at ordersupport@reihh.com immediately with your Order Number and the details of the changes you'd like to make. Our support team will be happy to assist you, subject to the order's fulfilment status.
Delivery Address Modification Policy Delivery address changes can be requested only if your order is still in the "Unfulfilled" status. Once the shipping label (AWB) has been generated, the delivery address can no longer be modified. To request an address change, please email us at ordersupport@reihh.com immediately with your Order Number and the updated delivery address. Our support team will be happy to assist you, subject to the order's fulfilment status.

Delivery Attempts We recommend having your order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive it. If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make up to two additional delivery attempts before the shipment is marked as Return to Origin (RTO). If you know you won't be available to receive your order, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing ordersupport@reihh.com with your Order Number. We will do our best to coordinate with the courier and, where possible, arrange to hold your shipment until you are availabl
Damaged or Defective Product If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at ordersupport@reihh.com with your Order Number and clear photos showing the defect. Once our team has reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will contact you via email with the next steps. The defective item will be recalled to our warehouse, and a replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Defective Product Replacement If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at ordersupport@reihh.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the defect as proof. Once our team verifies the issue, we will send you a confirmation email with the next steps. The defective product will be collected and returned to our warehouse, and a replacement item will be shipped to you at the earliest.
Return & Exchange Policy At Reihh, we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date your order is delivered. To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing ordersupport@reihh.com with your Order Number and the reason for your request. To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, all returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Returns or exchanges will be approved only if the product meets our eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if: The product has been used, washed, or altered. The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling. The original tags, labels, or packaging are missing or damaged. The request is made after the 7-day return/exchange period.
Refund Policy At Reihh, we do not offer monetary refunds as we produce our collections in limited quantities. Therefore, all confirmed orders are considered final. If a return is approved in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, the refund will be issued only in the form of a Reihh Gift Card, which can be used for future purchases on our website. In rare and exceptional cases, such as a failed payment transaction where the amount is debited but no Order ID is generated, an automatic refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
