Returns & Exchanges

At REIHH, every garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. However, if your purchase is not quite right, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect item or incorrect size.
  • You require a size exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

All requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, products must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

REIHH reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please email info@reihh.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept requests beyond this window.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photographs of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • An unboxing video, where available, may help us process damage-related claims faster.

Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request has been approved:

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the parcel using a reliable courier. Shipping costs incurred in such cases will be reimbursed where applicable.
  • The replacement item will be dispatched after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution.

5. Returns & Refunds

If a return is approved due to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products shipped by REIHH

A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error by REIHH.

6. Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality assessment upon arrival.

Returns may be declined if the product:

  • Has been worn or washed.
  • Is missing tags or original packaging.
  • Has stains, odours, perfume, or signs of use.
  • Does not match the information provided during the return request.

If a return is declined, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@reihh.com.

Please include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The shipping package
  • The shipping label
  • The invoice

Our team will prioritise these requests and arrange a suitable resolution at no additional cost.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Returns & Exchange Policy.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their destination country.

Returns from international destinations are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products unless otherwise specified.
