Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 8-10 business days in India and 10-12 business days internationally after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During new collection launches, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

International Shipping

REIHH ships to selected international destinations.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and courier service.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
  • Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment until it is delivered.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Failure to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to REIHH. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses can only be modified before an order has been dispatched.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@reihh.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to accommodate address changes.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
